You are the “go-to” person. Mostly 9 to 5. Can be a real “pressure cooker”.

Work Involved

When you walk into your airport the chatter hits your ears as passengers prepare for their journey. Sounds of excitement, anxiety, joy and distraction all mingle and become a blur that is your focus. The Airport Operations Manager is responsible for the experience of passengers when they are in the airport. Everything from the magazine they buy to pass the time to the metal detector that sometimes scans them a little too close for comfort falls into your lap.
