Work Involved

They call it the “cutting” edge of technology because it slices through our ignorance of the world and sheds light on something new. A Director of Advanced Engineering is the one holding the knife! Directors have their eyes glued to the horizon and in transportation it’s obvious what they want: faster, safer, cheaper, better.

He must also track success and challenges, and redesign, integrate and implement various technologies. It doesn’t matter what we see today on our trains, planes, boats and trucks, all of them had someone with the vision to see potential and bushwhack humanity out of the dark ages.
