Imagine trying to get to the end of a maze that is constantly changing. Rail Traffic Controllers start every day with a new puzzle that they have to solve or their business is in trouble. They juggle timetables, train speeds and cargo importance to help their rail business function.

Rail Traffic Controllers are the design team for a railway. They use judgment and big-picture thinking to help all of the trains in their territory get from point A to point B. A wall of computers shows them mountains of information that they filter through and organize. Rail Traffic Controllers live by the clock and work with state-of-the-art technology to find the right way through the exciting maze they wake up to every day.
