This person runs around the yard like a superhero trying to organize the world in a day as containers move from high-powered cranes to kilometre-long line-ups of rail cars to fleets of trucks at the gate to massive, multi-tonne ocean liners. He works hard to maintain security and to transfer cargo all over the planet. All this time he is coordinating, thinking and doing the job that nobody knows about but all of us need. Mistakes cost big money.
